“I opened a bottle of your 2015 wine last night and it was a lovely experience. I was instantly impressed. The first thing that struck me was the balance and elegance of the components. Many wines have something that sticks out: sour, tannin, sugar etc. However, with this wine everything was seamlessly balanced. A medium bodied wine that fragrantly tingles your tongue with a lingering aftertaste.
I found it interesting that it is not a typical Australian wine – where grapes are worked quite hard to get every last drop of colour and tannin out of the skins. Australian Pinot Noirs have a lot of fruit-sweetness as a rule. Your wine is more European – which I like. This wine will speak for itself if tasted in wine clubs…”
